India's first structured helicopter cadet program — run in partnership with Skyrise Aviation — takes candidates from zero flying experience to a DGCA-issued, H-125 type-rated Commercial Helicopter Pilot License.
Ground and theoretical classes for the three DGCA CHPL papers (Meteorology, Air Regulations and Navigation), 150 hours of flight time building for CPL(H) on the Robinson R22 and R44, pilot-in-command time building and a full type rating on the Airbus H-125, simulator sessions on both the R22 and H-125, check rides, study material, a basic pilot kit and aircraft insurance.
Total program fees run to approximately ₹1.10 crore, paid in five parts: an initial ground-classes fee, then four instalments tied to flight-training milestones. Flight training only begins once all three DGCA theory papers are cleared. Figures below are indicative as of January 2026 — confirm current pricing with admissions.
